Position: Commis, Demi Chef, Chef De Partie, Sous Chef

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate, Student Job

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

What You'll Do:

- Lead the Kitchen: Ensure all dishes meet our high safety and quality standards (ISO 22000 & HACCP).

- Deliver Culinary Excellence: Prepare and serve food that is not just delicious but also safe and consistent.

- Plan & Innovate: Design menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, cost control, and customer preferences.

- Train & Develop Staff: Foster a skilled and motivated kitchen team, ensuring all chefs follow strict food handling procedures.

- Monitor Stock & Orders: Oversee ingredient procurement and optimize inventory management to prevent wastage.

- Ensure Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

- Stay Ahead of Trends: Innovate with new recipes and keep up with modern culinary techniques.

- Customer Satisfaction: Receive feedback, adapt, and continuously improve menu offerings.

What We Expect From You:

- Culinary Excellence: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

- Experience Matters: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen (preferred).

- Food Safety Focus: Strong knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP regulations.
