Position Title: Senior Testing Specialist (SIT/UAT Focus)

Experience: 4–6 years Location: Remote / Hybrid / Malaysia

Overview:

Lead testing activities for medium-to-high complexity modules. Mentor junior testers and drive defect triage with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SIT execution across multiple modules
• Mentor and support junior testers
• Review test cases and ensure coverage
• Facilitate UAT cycles with business leads
• Consolidate weekly status reports and risk insights

Required Skills:

• 4+ years software testing experience
• Proven banking domain exposure
• Jira, test case design, defect lifecycle management

Preferred Skills:

• SQL, REST API testing
• Familiar with automation frameworks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
