Responsibilities

Admin & Purchasing Executive

Autoflo Technology specialises in dosing and flow control technologies for water and chemical handling. We are the official distributor of 4 major European chemical equipment brands in Malaysia for the past 25 years, supplying to a wide segment of industries including chemical, glove, paper, food, automotive, printing, paint production, among others.

The brands we represent are Dosatron, Injecta, Fluimac and Aquarius, with common chemical pumping products like water-powered dosing pump, metering pumps, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps, etc.) as well as control and instrumentations.

The role we are hiring plays is critical in ensuring the business and our customer's operation run smoothly — maintaining accurate stock, securing optimal purchasing, coordinating logistics, and supporting cross-department operations. The position plays a key part in keeping products flowing through the organisation with precision, transparency, and operational discipline.

Job description:

· Coordinate purchase orders with the warehouse and production team to ensure we fulfil customer's order correctly

· Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance for stock, delivery, and purchasing matters.

· Prepare and issue purchase orders to manufacturers and local suppliers.

· Track order status, delivery timelines, and related documentation.

· Update and maintenance of price lists.

· Support cost optimisation through supplier comparison and pricing review.

· Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock counts.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound transport with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse.

· Ensure smooth receiving and delivery processes.

· Track company assets (laptops, phones, etc.).

· Manage office supplies and stationery.

· Assist with official documents, regulatory submissions, and application processes.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in admin, procurement, or operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, stock management systems, and basic reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Able to work independently with a structured, organised approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
