- Record keeping: Meticulously record daily financial transactions, including entering data from invoices, receipts, and other documents into the company's accounting system.
- Accounts payable and receivable: Process invoices, payments, and checks, ensuring all accounts are current and accurately managed.
- Reconciliation: Compare and reconcile bank statements with the company's general ledger to identify and report any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing various financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, to provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Data management: Maintain and update accounting databases and files, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Communication: Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
