Your Impact:

• Troubleshoot process bottleneck and implement improvements to enhance process and production efficiency in the spun pile manufacturing.
• Propose, execute and lead automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with smart factory goals.
• Conduct detailed time and motion studies to evaluate individual process steps and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing robustness and ensure long-term process stability.
• Develop SOPs and lead skill development initiatives to support workforce in adapting to new technology
• Continuously assess existing workflows to recommend enhancements that reduce labor requirements and increase productivity.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant process engineer experiences

Good to Have:

• Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales
• Understanding of project management principles
• Knowledge of industry procurement processes
• Existing network of industry contacts
