Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Issue and process sales invoices accurately based on delivery orders.
  • Check and verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) against Invoices and CN.
  • Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) for returned or damaged goods.
  • Ensure all invoice, GRN, and CN documents are properly recorded and filed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts to ensure document accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records in the system or Excel.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Administration, Accounting or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of invoice, GRN, and Credit Note (CN) processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with warehouse, sales, and accounts team.
  • Responsible and able to handle administrative tasks accurately.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
