Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Atleast Diploma in business admin, management or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates / Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience are encouraged (with atleast Diploma)
  • Presentable, polite, and professional appearance
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk duties: greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Manage general office administrative tasks (documents, filing, data entry, coordination)
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Support training sessions, including:
  • Preparing and setting up training / meeting rooms
  • Coordinating F&B arrangements for training and meetings
  • Ensuring training rooms are tidy and ready before sessions
  • Manage meeting room scheduling and setup
  • Oversee pantry inventory, including monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment
  • Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and general office needs
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks when required

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
