Job Responsibilities

  • Source and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Request and compare quotations (RFQ) to obtain the best price and quality.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of goods.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or production team.
  • Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
  • Assist in cost control and supplier evaluation.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
