- Computer Science background
- Basic desktop troubleshooting Basic understanding of desktop and laptop functionality and repair
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of desktops for deployment
- Perform basic troubleshooting for desktop related issues
- Assists in the IT Asset management task
