Job Description

• Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards
• No Sales and out bond call required
• Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned

Requirement

• 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or support role is preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to listen, empathize, and resolve customer concerns
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays (depending on role)

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
