Job Description

IT technical support officers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from it. Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either remote or in person.

Job Responsibility

• Perform first level support IT operations including IT system and equipment’s in the Company outlets.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time.
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Ready to perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• Preferable with 1 year of working experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of common Microsoft Windows Operating System.
• Good Service Oriented mind-set.
• A can-do attitude is a must.
