Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments. This role will drive infrastructure architecture strategy, support transformation and modernization initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on best practices across cloud, infrastructure, governance, and engineering.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, security, multi-cloud environments, and identity services, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilitie

Infrastructure Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
• Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, and high-level / low-level designs (HLD/LLD).
• Ensure solutions align with best practices for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership across compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and DevOps domains.

Infrastructure Transformation & Engineering Leadership

• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and transformation initiatives from architecture through implementation.
• Guide engineering teams in adopting modern infrastructure and cloud-native architectures, including:
• Microservices
• Containers
• Serverless technologies
• Support the implementation of scalable, resilient, and future-ready infrastructure platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs.
• Present architecture recommendations, trade-offs, and technical design decisions to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure strategy, cloud adoption frameworks, and architecture best practices.

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure infrastructure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and advise on:
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Encryption and data protection controls
• Network and platform security
• Policy and compliance guardrails
• Support implementation of cloud landing zones, governance frameworks, and control mechanisms.
• Provide architecture guidance around Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication, federation, hybrid identity, and directory services integration.

Cost Optimization & Operational Excellence

• Drive cost governance and recommend optimization strategies for efficient infrastructure and cloud consumption.
• Promote architecture standards and operational best practices that improve sustainability, governance, and service performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Strong expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hybrid or multi-cloud experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, and modern architecture design.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, security architecture, IAM, DevOps, and governance controls.
• Strong experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, including:
• AD architecture and administration
• Hybrid identity and federation (SSO, ADFS, LDAP, SAML, OAuth)
• Directory services integration with cloud platforms
• Identity governance and privileged access controls
• Experience designing identity solutions as part of enterprise infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Experience engaging stakeholders and leading architecture decisions in enterprise environments.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP) highly desirable.
• Infrastructure, architecture, or identity certifications are a plus.
