Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The Area Manager will oversee the operations of multiple outlets within the region, ensuring business objectives, sales targets, and high service standards are met. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring store managers, monitoring operations, implementing company policies, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring brand consistency. The successful candidate will also lead initiatives to optimize productivity, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive profit growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, team management, and people development skills
• Experience in retail or food & beverage operations, including store management and inventory control
• Strong analytical and budgeting skills to monitor and improve performance metrics
• Customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to travel between outlets as needed and work flexible hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience within the food & beverage industry, particularly with international brands, is advantageous
