Engineering Facilities Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

• Minimum 5 years\\\\\\\' experience in facility management, with at least 3 years at the Managerial level.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
• Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical principles involving building and seaport facilities equipment 
• Ability to manage moderately large groups. 
• Extremely organized and detail oriented. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
