About the role

Monoluxury Sdn Bhd, a leading food science and technology company, is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Executive (Food Science) to join our team in the beautiful Cameron Highlands, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our innovative food products, contributing to the company's continued success and growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality and safety standards

2. Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to identify and resolve any quality issues

3. Collaborating with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions

4. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of all quality-related activities

5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in food safety and quality control

6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality protocols and procedures

7. Assisting in the development and validation of new products and processes

What we're looking for

1. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food industry

3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and best practices

4. Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality

7. Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
