Responsibilities
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and drive all HR strategies and initiatives.
Lead the HR team for an organisation with more than 300 employees.
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, which include, but are not limited to:
> Manpower Planning & Recruitment
> Employee Relations
> Industrial Relations
> Compensation & Benefits
> Performance Management
> Learning & Development
Review, formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.
Manage and advise management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfer, terminations and other employee relations matters in compliance with local labour laws.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general matters.
Assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
Good interpersonal skills.
Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and other compliance requirements.
Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking, result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Have good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
