Job Description

Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and drive all HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Lead the HR team for an organisation with more than 300 employees.

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, which include, but are not limited to:

> Manpower Planning & Recruitment

> Employee Relations

> Industrial Relations

> Compensation & Benefits

> Performance Management

> Learning & Development

  • Review, formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.

  • Manage and advise management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfer, terminations and other employee relations matters in compliance with local labour laws.

  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general matters.

  • Assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with the Employment Act 1955 and other compliance requirements.

  • Strong organisational skills, multi-tasking, result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
