Job Description
1. Report directly to Manager in Singapore.
2. Handle full scope of corporate secretarial matters for Singapore SME companies.
3. Be liaising party between client and corporate secretarial firm for Malaysia SME companies.
4. Generate and prepare documents, forms, resolutions and minutes of meetings.
5. Maintain and ensure that statutory books and system data are up-to-date (i.e. registers, signed documents)
6. Follow-up with client on return of documents and forms and ensure timely submission of records to the authorities.
7. Remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting / Annual return filing / submission of Financial Statements.
8. Retrieve and provide secretarial documents, files and information for auditors on behalf of clients.
9. Conduct compliance procedures for anti-money laundering / countering the financing of terrorism to existing and new on-boarding clients.
10. Support in preparation of engagement letters.
11. Maintain and update clients’ secretarial data on electronic system/ software.
12. Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
13. Perform XBRL.
14. Maintain good client relationship and service standards.
15. Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirement
1. SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree.
2. Independent, accountable and able to work with minimum supervision.
3. Able to multi-task with great time management.
4. Pro-active, organised, able to prioritise work, meticulous, attention to details & able to show initiative.
5. Excellent communication and able to engaging and building rapport with client.
6. Candidates with experience on secretarial matters will be an added advantage.
