Responsibilities
Primary job functions:
Basic knowledge of engineering, interpreting technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and assembly of machinery
Basic Knowledge of spare parts, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Understanding of RFQ handling, purchase requisitions, and supplier coordination.
Ability to use inventory management software (CMMS, ERP, or similar).
Understanding of stock control, auditing, and cycle counting.
Basic knowledge of maintenance processes and spare parts classification.
Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to track and monitor stock levels accurately.
Strong attention on parts withdrawal & stock discrepancies.
Ability to follow up with local suppliers on deliveries and pending orders.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Ability to perform stock counts and reconcile inventory differences.
Ability to meet deadlines and effecient time management
Good organizational skills for maintaining structured records and reports.
Required Skill & Ability
Effective Communication skills.
Trustworthy.
Knowledge on Conduct quarterly, or annual stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.
Able to Investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
Support on Implement corrective actions to prevent stock loss or overstocking.
Education & Experience
Degree in engineering/management, OR Diploma in engineering (any field) with 1-2 working experience.
