Full Time Trade Marketing Executive Jobs, in CK Sales & Marketing Selangor - Maukerja

Fukuro Malaysia is a premium kitchenware and household products brand with strong market leadership in Malaysia. We are looking for a junior Trade Marketing Executive to support campaign ideation, POSM development, vendor coordination and in-store execution. You will be guided and developed by senior team members, making this a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in trade marketing. Your ability as an all-rounder, manage details and communicate well with internal teams and vendors will be important to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing national trade marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and support sales growth.

2. Support the Key Accounts team in developing account-specific campaigns and in-store activities.

3. Coordinate POSM development processes, including liaising with the graphic design team, POSM vendors, and sales team.

4. Monitor POSM production, distribution and in-store execution to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

5. Review and refresh outdated POSM in the trade to ensure accurate branding and messaging.

6. Manage product samples and coordinate sample requests from the sales team for listings and presentations.

7. Maintain and update product master lists, price lists and product catalogues.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.

2. Experience in FMCG or trade marketing is an added advantage

3. Fresh graduates with strong interest in branding and marketing are encouraged to apply.

4. Good command of English and reasonable proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.

5. Detail-oriented, organized and able to coordinate work effectively.
