Full Time ATE Test Engineer Jobs, in UST Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Candidate should have strong experience in semiconductor test engineering, including wafer test, final test, utilities test programs, and support for volume production products.
• Candidate should be able to develop, maintain, debug, and optimize ATE test programs to improve test coverage, production yield, test efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience with semiconductor tester platforms such as Advantest Smartest 7, Teradyne J750, and Advantest V93000 / 93K.
• Candidate should be able to analyze device behaviour, test data, yield loss, production issues, and customer returns, and support CQC containment, MRB/material disposition, and root cause investigation.
• Candidate should have experience in tester/bench/measurement debugging, hardware/software issue resolution, analog test, reliability stress readout, RAP tests, and cross-functional engineering support.
