Our Client (a publicly listed company in Kuala Lumpur) is looking for a Finance leader with people management experience to join them.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory financial reporting and regulatory compliance activities.
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, group reporting, and consolidation.
- Manage internal and external audit engagements and key stakeholder relationships.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and reporting excellence.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Review financial statements and reporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and business projects.
- Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant finance, reporting, audit, or accounting experience, with managerial leadership exposure.
- Possess strong stakeholder engagement for effective and efficient engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
