CYBER SECURITY Analyst

Jobs Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall IT ( CYBER SECURITY ) SOC operations, including ( IT - CYBER SECURITY ) SOC improvements, management of SLA, daily operations, emergency responses, disaster recoveries and continuity planning.

· Manage daily requirements and tasks of SOC ( IT- Cyber Security)

· Provide proactive security incident monitoring of security logs coming from customers’ environments

· Responsible in performing regular employee review, facilitating employee skills development, motivating and making duty assignments to the team

· Managing, dealing, coordinating and keeping good working relationship with clients, vendors, partners and other business units

· Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure doing proactive security log monitoring

· Controls IT *Cyber security policy, processes, compliant and disaster recovery planning

· Conduct performance presentation to Management or senior level customers containing the overall performance of the SOC (IT- Cyber Security ) team and services

Requirements

· 2 years of relevant experience in IT security operations, IT security management and architecture

· Possess Professional Certificate (eg, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc.), Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree in Information Technology / Computer Forensic / Cybersecurity

· Proficient in Incident Management and Response

· Experience in security device management and SIEM

· In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.

· Experience in threat management

· Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Experience in performing vendor management

· Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders

· Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
