Boutique Manager — Luxury Retail

We are partnering with an established luxury brand to appoint a Boutique Manager to lead its Singapore boutique operations.

This is a leadership role for a commercially driven and client-focused retail professional with a strong passion for luxury, people management, and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily boutique operations and overall store performance
• Drive sales performance and cultivate a strong clienteling culture
• Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team
• Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury service standards
• Maintain strong CRM practices and develop long-term client relationships
• Ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury retail management
• Strong background in clienteling and CRM
• Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and finer things in life
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Proven people leadership and team management experience
• Backgrounds from fashion, watches, or jewellery preferred
