About the role

Own end-to-end revenue and customer experience across Photobook's global .com and marketplace storefronts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) spanning 10 countries including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and SEA.

What you'll do

• Drive top-line revenue growth and monitor daily performance across all digital storefronts
• Manage full-funnel optimisation (CR, AOV) from landing page to post-purchase
• Lead the strategic migration from a custom JS platform to Shopify
• Build and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Manage and mentor an eCommerce Operations team member
• Align with Campaign Managers, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders

You're a great fit if you have

• Minimum 3 years in a dedicated eCommerce management role
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau)
• An AI-forward mindset — comfortable using tools like Claude, Gemini, and others in daily workflows
• A data-driven, action-biased approach to decision making
