Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00 pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements
Possess a certificate/diploma in a related field or equivalent.
Excellent team player: organized, meticulous, and able to multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
At least two years of relevant experience in the past three years is preferred.
Job Scopes
Manage and support Audio Visual equipment during all school events.
Set up, test, operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and AV systems for school activities (e.g., meetings, assemblies, Sports Day, Speech Day).
Maintain accurate inventory, loan, and usage records of AV and ICT equipment (e.g., projectors, visualizers, swivels, cables, sound systems).
Provide consultation and advice to the Head of Department/ICT.
Manage AV equipment in classrooms and specialized rooms, monitor usage, and carry out routine and annual maintenance.
Support ICT Manager by liaising and coordinating with vendors for servicing, repairs, and maintenance works.
Support ICT Manager with the loan, replacement, and condemnation of AV and ICT equipment and accessories.
Carry out any other IT- or AV-related duties as assigned by the HOD-ICT or ICT Manager.
Train Information Technology (IT) Club students to operate the Public Address (PA) system during assemblies and school events.
Prepare CD players, batteries, and related equipment for school-based and national examinations (e.g., Listening Comprehension, Oral).
Handle the burning and preparation of CDs for examinations and school events.
Assist in photography and video recording for school events and ad-hoc activities.
Assist in troubleshooting basic Audio-Visual and ICT-related issues.
