Full Time Finance Specialist (12-Months) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Techsap ASP Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

Database Management:

• Develop and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel to store and organize relevant information.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing validation checks and error monitoring procedures.
• Regularly update and cleanse databases to remove duplicate or outdated information.

MCMC Claims Submission Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure completeness of submissions.
• Format the claims data according to the MCMC template.
• Review data for accuracy and consistency prior to submission to MCMC.
• Maintain records and documentation related to MCMC claims submission activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data related to MCMC claims to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Finance and compliance teams to gather and verify necessary information.
• Analyze awarded claim consumption data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Generate regular reports summarizing consumption trends, variances and key findings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline with minimum of 5-10 years experience in related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and a comprehensive understanding of advanced formulas and functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• claims/finance transaction processing: 5 years (Preferred)
