Full Time ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and easily accessible filing and storage system.
• Act as the main administrative liaison for pool drivers by coordinating daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and management.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and equipment to maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
• Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to ensure all vehicles/equipment are maintained in optimal operating condition.
• Liaise with external workshops and service providers regarding maintenance schedules.
• Conduct safety and compliance checks to ensure operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory and equipment control, including monitoring stock levels, maintaining records, and ensuring proper usage of company assets.
• Execute payment processing activities accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company procedures and financial policies.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in any field. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Required language(s): English must be good and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be presentable and professional.
• Required skills: Telephone etiquette, verbal communication & Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
