JOB EDSCRIPTION

• Receiving patients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and addressing them appropriately.
• Attending to incoming/outgoing phone calls.
• Receiving and sorting daily WhatsApp messages and queries.
• To assist on operation tasks.
• Assist all the administrative tasks as when requested by the management.
• Individuals with sales and customer service experience are preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification with or without experience.

- Clinic Operating Hours: 9.00 am to 8.00 pm

- Work on shift basis

- Open Monday to Sunday

- Routine Rest Day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
