JOB DESCRIPTION
- To handle general administration duties (attend phone calls, set up meeting room, conduct assembly, labelling).
- To handle office cleanliness.
- Involved in admin jobs such as filling documents, key-in data using computer database and spreadsheet software, compiling and summarize report and etc.
- Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
- Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree from Business Management, or equivalent.
- Internship period preferable 3 months and 6 months.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English
- Proactive problem solving, follow up and negotiation skills
- internship intake prefer June/July
- Preferred final semester student
Pay: RM500.00 per month
