- Coordinate and oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to schedule
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site to ensure proper implementation
- Assist in planning and organizing site work, manpower, and material arrangements
- Ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Identify and report any site issues, delays, or discrepancies to the project team
- Follow up closely on work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project status
- Assist in site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper usage on-site
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation
- This position involves travelling/outstation work and requires your own transport.
