Full Time Procurement Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Shui Xing Ventures Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, banquet supplies, and operational items.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen, operations, and banquet teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Compare quotations and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company budget and quality requirements.
• Coordinate procurement for banquet events, functions, and special projects.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
• Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and cost analysis.
• Work closely with finance and operations teams for invoice verification and payment coordination.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met for all purchased goods.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
