Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in HR to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in human resource management.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, manage resumes, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system accurately.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.
• Liaise with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.
• Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and employee handbooks.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments.
• Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and the collection of company property.
• Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Minimum internship duration of three (3) months.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
