Job Overview

Klinik Hello Doctor is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at Shah Alam Seksyen 13.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well with patients, and is willing to contribute to the smooth daily operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and interested in growing within the healthcare industry.

In this role, you will support patient registration, billing, clinic flow, basic administrative tasks, patient service, and promotion of suitable clinic services in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Front Desk Support

Manage patient registration, appointments, billing, and payment collection.

Assist in maintaining a smooth patient flow from registration until consultation.

Keep the reception area, treatment area, and clinic environment clean, organised, and presentable.

Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory arrangement.

Support doctors and clinic team members during procedures when required.

Ensure patient records, documentation, and daily tasks are completed accurately according to clinic procedures.

Patient Service & Communication

Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide clear information about clinic services, health packages, promotions, and follow-up care.

Encourage patients to attend follow-up visits, health screenings, and preventive healthcare services when appropriate.

Assist in improving patient experience, satisfaction, and retention.

Communicate with patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or walk-in enquiries professionally.

Sales Support & Clinic Growth

Promote suitable clinic services based on patient needs.

Support clinic targets, service awareness, and patient engagement activities.

Identify opportunities to improve clinic operations, patient flow, and overall service quality.

Work together with the clinic team to achieve daily and monthly performance goals.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field.

Qualification in healthcare administration, medical assistant, nursing, or related field will be an advantage.

Previous experience in clinic, healthcare, customer service, or sales is preferred but not compulsory.

Basic computer skills, including registration systems, billing, WhatsApp, and simple documentation.

Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Good communication skills, positive attitude, discipline, and professionalism.

Able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.

Willing to learn, accept feedback, and improve continuously.
