Addar Global Sdn Bhd is hiring an Operation Executive – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement, stock accuracy, stock take, documentation, SOP compliance, and warehouse team supervision. Candidates must be detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth stock and order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including Stock In, Stock Out, Return, damaged items, and expired products.
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and on time in the company system such as Google Sheets / WMS.
- Monitor daily stock balance and take proactive action to prevent overselling, out-of-stock issues, or stock discrepancies.
- Arrange and standardise stock layout according to SKU, batch, expiry date, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Verify inventory data to ensure there are no missing records, duplicate entries, or incorrect stock information.
- Work together with Finance and IT teams for inventory data checking, audit, and system improvement.
- Plan and monitor inventory department budget, stock-related costs, and operational variances.
- Supervise, train, and monitor warehouse staff on daily tasks, attendance, work discipline, SOP compliance, and performance.
- Conduct regular cycle count / stock take, investigate stock variances, and prepare root cause reports with corrective actions.
- Control warehouse access to prevent stock loss, misuse, or unauthorised movement.
- Ensure warehouse documents such as DO, PO, reports, courier forms, and stock records are properly filed and updated.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Fulfillment, e-commerce, courier, and production teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered according to schedule.
- Identify and implement improvements in warehouse layout, stock handling, reporting templates, SOP, and workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, stock control, logistics, fulfillment, or operations is an added advantage.
- Able to use computer for basic operational tasks such as stock data entry, label printing, checking reports, and updating systems.
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, WMS, inventory records, or stock tracking systems will be an advantage.
- Able to perform physical warehouse tasks and lift moderately heavy items when required.
- Good attention to detail and able to work with numbers, stock records, and documentation.
- Able to follow SOP, work independently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, discipline, and teamwork.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with different departments.
