Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Maintain and update daily staff attendance records.
  • Manage meeting room reservations by monitoring availability and coordinating staff requests.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly fruit distribution for employees.
  • Handle courier arrangements, including preparing consignment notes and scheduling pickups.
  • Perform front desk responsibilities such as welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls.
  • Oversee office and pantry supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, display cabinets, awards, seating areas, meeting rooms, and display tables at all times.
  • Greet guests, arrange seating, and serve refreshments as required.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
