Full Time Artificial Intelligence Researcher Jobs, in Evolution Singapore - Maukerja

Overview

We are looking for an AI Researcher to join the R&D team to build practical AI and machine learning solutions for real-world analytical problems. This role focuses on statistical modelling, predictive analytics, LLM-powered AI agents, and intelligent systems that work across structured and unstructured data. Fresh graduates with strong AI fundamentals and hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate predictive models including regression, classification, and forecasting models.
• Conduct EDA, statistical experimentation, hypothesis testing, and model validation on large datasets.
• Build and experiment with LLM systems involving RAG, AI agents, fine-tuning, LoRA, and vector databases.
• Develop scalable Python-based AI/ML pipelines and reproducible workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets including text, image, audio, or multimodal data.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modelling.
• Experience mining and analysing datasets with at least 1 million records.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and failure analysis.
• Familiar with LoRA fine-tuning techniques within LLM workflows.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy, Matplotlib, and SQL.
• Experience building reproducible AI/ML pipelines and workflows.
• Good understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and generative AI models.
