In-Store Execution & Planogram Management

•     Execute merchandising solution across mini market and petrol mart outlets
•     Develop, update, and maintain simple, space-efficient planograms suitable for limited shelf environments
•     Maintain planogram plan with correct SKU placement and facings
•     Coordinate with sales teams or merchandisers to ensure planogram compliance at store level
•     Integrate new SKUs into planograms and shelf layouts during planogram refresh

Promotion Execution

•     Execute retail promotions such as price-offs, limited time offer, GWP
•     Support promotional setup across stores, ensuring accuracy in pricing, timing, and visibility
•     Work with Key Account Managers to ensure promotions align with customer requirements

POSM Production, Communication & Content

•     Support retail customer communications including store visuals and simple social media content
•     Coordinate basic promotional visuals aligned with in-store execution
•     Coordinate with operations and vendors on POSM production and deployment

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Store Feedback

•     Work closely with Key Account Managers to align execution with customer store formats and constraints
•     Collaborate with Product Marketing on SKU priorities, messaging, and launch support
•     Track execution status for planograms, promotions, and launches
•     Provide feedback on store conditions, space challenges, and execution gaps

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
