Responsibilities
1. Responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory in compliance of company’s S.O.P and SHE regulation.
2. Ensuring delivery and shipping schedules are met in a timely manner and in detail.
3. Performing daily inspection on the warehouse grounds.
4. Communicating and coordinating with other departments, marketing arm, customer and transporter on work related matters.
5. To process delivery orders, to arrange local and export order preparation and to schedule delivery and pickup date with logistic partners and customers.
6. To perform pre-delivery inspection and ensure the standard requirements of outgoing finished goods are fulfill prior releasing it for shipment.
7. To oversee picking and order preparation of for local and export order according to the delivery schedule.
8. To verify and validate on stock shortages, quality or packing deficiencies of finished goods product to superior.
9. To manage and update WMS stock inventory by processing receiving and outgoing data and keeping records of goods movement in the warehouse on daily basis to maintain stock level accuracy.
10. To plan, coordinate and participate in warehouse monthly cycle count and year end stock count activity.
11. To establish and maintain department S.O.P and ISO Quality Management standard.
12. Adhering to Company Policies, Department S.O.P and Safety Management Standards.
13. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
