Responsibilities
We are hiring a Live Streaming Operations talent to support daily live commerce activities across TikTok Live and Shopee Live. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, fast-moving, and able to coordinate live sessions smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage TikTok Live and Shopee Live operations
- Support live backend setup, campaign setup, vouchers, and product listing
- Coordinate stock availability and live session preparation
- Monitor live performance and support hosts during live sessions
- Assist with troubleshooting and operational issues during live streaming
- Work closely with hosts, marketing, and e-commerce teams
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in live streaming operations
- Familiar with TikTok Live or Shopee Live backend operations
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment
- Good English communication skills
- Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
