What you will do:
- Manage the (key) supplier base from a Quality perspective
- Responsible for the (5) life cycle processes of SQ and drive Supplier maturity
- Maintain the supplier qualifications for the SQ elements
- Ensure the control plans are maintained
- Measure and evaluate IQC parts to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct audits for AVL and part qualification
- Manage IQC in the manufacturing site and management of it at other suppliers
- Play its role in the LCM process between ITEC and suppliers
- Drive / support supply chain movements between suppliers
- Represent the supplier voice in the ITEC business
- Responsible for the SCAR process, through 8D
- ISO 9001 in depth knowledge and be the onsite go to person for Wuxi
- Take up additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned beyond the listed job scope
What you will need:
- Senior 10+ yrs experience in quality and supplier quality
- Convincing through ways of working
- Technical background / process thinking
- Understanding/Experience with APQP and 7 QC tools
- Experience with (manufacturing) process development and validation
- Experience with transfer of manufacturing lines and product designs
- Skilled in working in multi culture multi discipline matrix organization
