Full Time Healing Space Support Session Host (Volunteer) Jobs, in ZAMAN Care - Maukerja

We’re looking for Volunteer Support Hosts for Healing Space at Zaman Care.

Remote • Flexible • Volunteer (Unpaid)

Malaysia preferred, open internationally.

At Zaman Care, we believe care should feel human — warm, respectful, supportive, and hopeful.

Healing Space is our community support initiative: a safe online space where people can pause, reflect, talk, listen, and feel supported.

We are looking for compassionate volunteers who can help host regular online support sessions and hold space for others when our internal team is unavailable.

This may include:

• Weekly group support circles

• Guided reflection & mindful check-ins

• Peer support conversations

• Community wellbeing discussions

• Optional one-to-one support conversations

Topics often include:

• Stress & burnout

• Emotional overwhelm

• Loneliness

• Grief & loss

• Relationships

• Life transitions

• Caregiver fatigue

• Feeling stuck

• Mental wellbeing & emotional support

Who we’re looking for:

• Kind and emotionally mature

• Strong listeners

• Calm and respectful

• Comfortable speaking with people online

• Supportive and non-judgmental

• Able to maintain confidentiality

• Passionate about helping people

Helpful but not required:

• Psychology / counselling background

• Coaching experience

• NGO or community work

• Mental health advocacy

• Peer support experience

Important:

This is a volunteer role and currently unpaid.

This is not a clinical therapist role unless professionally licensed and separately registered with Zaman Care.

We’ll provide:

• Session structure

• Support guidelines

• Community framework

• Facilitation direction

• Space to grow with us over time
