Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Kuching. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction and project initiatives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating with various teams, managing logistics, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and addressing any issues that arise during project execution. The role also involves meeting deadlines and optimizing resources to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management and a proven ability to lead and oversee projects from inception to complete
• Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with requirements.
• Experience in Logistics Management, ensuring smooth coordination of transportation and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction and development projects is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
