Requirements

  • Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience working as an air-conditioner technician or related.
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, and Air Conditioning systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good discipline & punctuality at work

Responsibility

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems including electrical wiring, and controls.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with air conditioning systems and make necessary repairs.
  • Perform regular maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Keep accurate records and photos of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the work that needs to be done and provide recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with air conditioning systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers.
