About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Finance & Administration Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about financial operations, compliance, reporting, and administrative excellence.
You will play a key role in managing daily finance and administrative functions while supporting business operations, budgeting, reporting, and internal coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting
- Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor company expenses, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, payroll coordination, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, SST, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting records and financial documentation.
Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management activities.
- Manage company documentation, contracts, licenses, and internal records.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
- Support HR and management in operational coordination and internal processes.
- Assist in policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in finance and administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Experience in SME, corporate, or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
