We’re Hiring: E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead
Addiction Pet Foods is looking for a commercially driven and data-focused E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead to lead our online growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and performance marketing channels.
This role will own e-commerce sales growth, paid media performance, marketplace optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital campaign execution while protecting our premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and media budget efficiency.
- Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and online sales growth.
- Optimize marketplace stores, product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
- Build CRM, retention, and customer lifecycle programs.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and agency partners.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong experience in marketplaces, D2C, paid media, and campaign planning
- Background in FMCG, pet care, beauty, health, nutrition, retail, or premium consumer brands is preferred
- Strong commercial mindset, data discipline, and hands-on execution capability
