Full Time Jr. Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in ARIZ CAPITAL SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts · Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable; Ensure timely bank payments; Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers
• Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
• Min 2 years of working experience
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SQL Software
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
