Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the security industry to lead our marketing initiatives. This role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of security solutions and trends, combined with excellent promotional and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of informative content that addresses security industry challenges (e.g., white papers, case studies, blogs, videos) to enhance brand authority.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to drive prospects into the sales funnel; work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Digital Marketing Optimization: Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing; analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaboration & Management: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer support) to ensure marketing alignment with business goals. Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the security industry to inform marketing strategies and position the company as a thought leader.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum [5] years of marketing experience, preferably within the security industry or related fields (e.g., technology, safety).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns in the security domain.
Strong understanding of security products and services, market dynamics, and customer segmentation.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management platforms).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and market insights to drive decisions.
Creative, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
