Full Time HR Generalist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in TANJUNG BOULEVARD SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description :

• Assist in handling all aspects of human resources functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.
• Responsible for payroll, compensation & benefits – salary payment, allowance, overtime, and statutory payment.
• Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff leave records, and attendance tracking of all employees in an organized manner.
• To assist in the revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Company's rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
• Ensures proper recordkeeping, maintaining employees' files and HR filing systems.
• Respond to employees’ queries and requests, by providing assistance and advice on matters pertaining to HR issues and the company’s rules, and regulations.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, government agencies and other parties which related to HR and Payroll matters.
• Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office and HR matters when required.
• Handling ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior HR Administrator and Senior Office Manager from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
