Responsibilities
i. Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
ii. Manage documentation, filing, and record keeping.
iii. Prepare reports, letters, and basic office documents.
iv. Coordinate office operations and support daily activities.
v. Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer inquiries.
vi. Assist management with administrative support.
vii. Other administrative duties may be assigned and further discussed during the interview.
Requirements:
i. Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
ii. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
iii. Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.
iv. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
vi. Good organizational and time management skills.
vii. Able to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
viii.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
ix. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
x. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
