Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, directing them to the relevant staff.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Keep the reception and common areas of the level in a clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Monitor pantry supplies and arrange purchases when needed.
- Assist with basic administrative and facility-related matters on the level, and coordinating with the relevant PIC.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
